Finding a dentist, when our family moved to Shorewood seven years, ago was a daunting task for me. As a previous dental assistant, I was very particular about my family’s dental care.

A friend suggested I visit Dr. Eulberg and I owe her a world of thanks. Not only is he an exceptional dentist, he is easy to talk to and he makes you feel so comfortable in his care. When my family and I first moved to the Twin Cities in the spring of 1998, we were looking to get established with a new dental office. I picked several names out to the phone book and made my routine inquiry calls. Immediately it became very evident that Dr. Eulberg’s staff surpassed the others by a long shot, being so friendly and professional. Patiently they answered all my questions and offered that I should come by and “have a look” if I wanted to.

Since then my entire family and I have been regular patients of Dr. Dan Eulberg. He is doing a marvelous job throughout the entire spectrum of Dental Care.

Here are some examples of the services Dr. Eulberg has provided for me and my family:

Friendly service at routine check ups with cleanings

Cosmetic Dentistry with bleaching

Quality referrals to orthodontists and periodontists

Complicated treatments of cap and bridge “re-does” that had been poorly designed by previous dental care providers.

Dr. Eulberg has always given me solid dental advice when discussing treatment options. Once a plan was in place, he then delivered the treatment with the highest standards possible, all the while never appearing stressed or overwhelmed. His “Bedside Manner” is one of exception, and many physicians should be so proud and lucky to conduct themselves in a professional manner as Dr. Eulberg always has. (Believe me-I know-I am a nurse).

In the meantime, I feel that I am coming home to “catch up with old friends” when I walk up to the desk in the waiting area. All staff are without exception friendly, fun and professional.

Under no circumstances would I allow my family or myself to be cared for by any other Dentist and staff.

Dear Dr. Eulberg,

I want to share some of my feelings regarding my recent dental work. As you know, I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years due to some bad experiences as a child that let me with a great deal of fear and mistrust of dentists. When Krista convinced me that I had to go, I really thought I would back out again-right up to the time she pulled me through your office door.

She told me that you were a very good dentist, that dentistry today is almost painless, and that for my health there was no acceptable reason not to go. I must say she was right on all counts. My mouth has not felt this good in many, many years. I’m still getting used to the nice white teeth I see in my mouth today; teeth that once made me feel so bad about how I looked. I was very relieved that you didn’t lecture me about my previous neglect of my teeth. That was one of my fears. You were so positive in saying, “Lets’ go on from here.”

I took six sessions to complete the work I needed to have done. Even knowing how happy I am now, I still may not have gone through with it all, except for several things that helped me tremendously. One is your allowing Krista to be present during that first visit. I felt much more confident having her there. After that I felt comfortable enough to come on my own. All of the things you did for pain control made this so much more bearable than the awful memories I have from when I was a young boy. There is no comparison between my memories and my experience with you. Another great help is that you never rushed through anything, whether it was an explanation or a procedure. It also helped to know that I was in control if something hurt. I never had that luxury before.

I sincerely thank you for all of the above, but especially for one thing that makes the other things possible and is so much in evidence with you – You really care!
