Dentistry has been my career since 1982 when I started out as a dental assistant. For many years I enjoyed the hands-on contact with patients in private practice as well as a volunteer dental assistant at several community clinics. An auto accident ended my chairside career; however it did not diminish my desire to still serve in dentistry. Today I enjoy a front office role as the Practice Administrator that still allows me to have personal contact with you, the patient. In 2008 I joined my new dental family at Minnetonka Dental Care.

My husband Tim and I yield from the same small town in central Minnesota and have been life-long friends. Had I known my Greek Mythology and English teacher would someday become my father-in-law, I would have paid a bit more attention to his lessons! Before building our home in Apple Valley, we lived in Minnetonka for 13 years. Besides my husband, my family consists of one spoiled rotten Cocker Spaniel, Reagan, whom we adore and love to take with us to our family cabin at Lake Shamineau.

In my free time I enjoy the life a cabin holds; family time, fishing, and reading while relaxing on the dock. When time permits I play a mean game of golf, knit, rubber stamp, craft and garden. I must also confess that I am a sports junkie. I love being the aunt/great aunt cheering on my nieces and nephews as well as watching college and professional levels of football and basketball.
